The super impressive LEGO Star Wars 75313 UCS AT-AT has been officially announced. This Ultimate Collector Series set is going to be a must have for fans of Star Wars and LEGO. I’m sure you remember this AT-AT (All Terrain Armored Transport) from Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back during the Battle of Hoth. I will never forget the first time I saw this in the film and loved watching them get taken down by the Snowspeeder tow cables.
This is truly a massive set with 6,785 pieces. See where it fits into the list of the largest LEGO sets of all time. It is also tied with the LEGO Star Wars 75192 Millennium Falcon for the most expensive LEGO set ever with a retail price of $799.99. It it set to release soon on November 26, 2021.
The mega-sized LEGO Star Wars AT-AT set is the one everyone has been waiting for, and it’s been a thrill to bring this highly-anticipated build to life…
– Henrik Andersen, LEGO Design Master
The large size of this build allows it to have really great features such as adjustable legs, a movable head, spinning guns, and side panels that really open. It is nice that the LEGO Group considered scale, as it can hold up to 40 minifigures inside. However, only nine minifigure characters come with this set including Luke Skywalker, General Veers, two AT-AT drivers, a Snowtrooper Commander, and four Snowtrooper minifigures. Detailed photos of the minifigures are below. Additionally, two speeder bikes and an E-Web cannon come with this set.
Let’s dive into all the awesome details!
Packaging
The LEGO Star Wars 75313 UCS AT-AT box looks massive. I’m sure it will be similar to the size of the UCS Millennium Falcon’s. You can see the Imperial Crest (appropriately) on the box. The imagery is truly impressive. The minifigures are all shown on the top.
Scenes from the actual film are included here, which is really a nice touch. The back of the box shows all of the interactive and unique features of this set. From the compartments that open to the adjustable legs, this set is more than just a display piece.
Build
I included this picture so you can get a sense of the scale of this build. It measures at a height of 24.5 inches, length of 27 inches, and width of 9.5 inches.
Very impressive looking. I hope the legs are study enough to hold it up well.
It does appear to be at minifigure scale as the AT-AT is meant to carry up to forty troops. The side panel comes off to reveal the very detailed interior.
Furthermore, the fully posable cockpit can hold General Veers and his driver. The side panel comes off here as well for easy access.
The legs are fully posable as well. This appears to be a screwdriver type mechanism to hold them in place. Depending on how many there are to adjust, it might be a bit tedious.
The weapons include rotating cannons and a bomb-drop hatch.
Also, the cannons can really move up and down.
Luke Skywalker appears with his cable and lightsaber. You can replay this iconic scene from the film!
Minifigures
Nine different minifigures come with this set. However, there is room for up to 40 troops! Two speeder bikes are also included, as well as an E-Web heavy repeating blaster. The Imperials have all the firepower that they need!
The Luke Skywalker and General Veers minifigures. The printed features look really great.
Pictured below from left to right are the AT-AT driver, Snowtrooper, and Snowtrooper Commander minifigures. This set includes two AT-AT drivers, four Snowtroopers, and one Snowtrooper Commander.
