Offer for the Mini Batmobile was only available on November 29 through December 5, 2019 at LEGO Stores and on LEGO.com, subject to availability. The only thing you can buy that qualifies is the 1989 Batmobile (item 76139). Only one set was given per household. Item was estimated to be worth $29.99 at the time (it sells for much more now on the secondary market). The item was initially only accessible through this promotion. However, now you can purchase it through third parties.
