Largest LEGO Sets of All Time – Updated November 2021
One interesting way to sort through all of the many wonderful LEGO sets is by the number of bricks or pieces. In this post, we take a look at the largest LEGO sets of all time. The order of this list has changed several times over the last couple of years, most recently with the addition of the LEGO Titanic and the LEGO AT-AT. This list is sorted by the number of pieces, not by the overall size of the built set. We will continue to update this list as bigger and bigger sets are released!

1. LEGO Art 31203 World Map – 11,695 pieces
LEGO Art 31203 World Map is the currently the largest LEGO set at 11,695 pieces. This massive set allows you to build 1 of 3 unique combinations of the world map. Relax as you build with the included soundtrack.
2. LEGO Creator Expert 10294 Titanic – 9,090 pieces
A recent addition to this list in the second largest LEGO set spot is LEGO Creator Expert 10294 Titanic at 9,090 pieces. However, it is the largest LEGO set by size, measuring 53 inches long, height of 17.5 inches, and width of 6 inches. This set is so large it is broken into three different sections. 3. LEGO Creator Expert 10276 Colosseum – 9,036 pieces
The third largest LEGO set is the LEGO Creator Expert 10276 Colosseum with 9,036 pieces. Architecture lovers with have so much fun building three different stories, including columns of the Doric, Ionic and Corinthian orders.
4. LEGO Star Wars 75192 UCS Millennium Falcon – 7,541 pieces
Flying in at the fourth largest LEGO set is the LEGO Star Wars 75192 UCS Millennium Falcon at 7,541 pieces. As an owner of this set myself, I can truly attest to how amazing it is. It is incredibly detailed and will appeal to all Star Wars fans with the ability to choose between the classic or sequel crewmembers. This set is also #1 on our list of the Top 10 Best LEGO Millennium Falcon sets. Furthermore, it is also the most expensive LEGO set ever.
5. LEGO Star Wars 75313 UCS AT-AT – 6,785 pieces
The newest addition to the list and another Star Wars UCS set is LEGO Star Wars 75313 UCS AT-AT with 6,785 pieces. Not only is it the fifth largest LEGO set, it is also tied for the most expensive with the UCS Millennium Falcon above. 6. LEGO Harry Potter 71043 Hogwarts Castle – 6,020 pieces
The sixth largest LEGO set is LEGO Harry Potter 71043 Hogwarts Castle at 6,020 pieces. This was a Toy of the Year award winner in 2019. It is a massive set that includes 4 Harry Potter minifigures, 27 microfigures, the Chamber Of Secrets, the Whomping Willow, and more. Coming in at the seventh largest spot is LEGO Creator Expert 10256 Taj Mahal with 5,923 pieces. Build one of the world’s architectural wonders perfect for display. This set features great details such as four facades with sweeping arches, arched windows, and balconies.
8. LEGO NINJAGO 71741 NINJAGO City Gardens – 5,685 pieces
The eighth largest LEGO set is LEGO NINJAGO 71741 NINJAGO City Gardens with 5,685 pieces. Build a 5-tiered ninja house in celebration of the 10th anniversary of NINJAGO. This big set comes with an amazing 19 minifigures.
9. LEGO Harry Potter 75978 Diagon Alley – 5,544 pieces
At the magical ninth largest spot is LEGO Harry Potter 75978 Diagon Alley with 5,544 pieces. Enter the Wizarding World and complete your shopping at Ollivanders Wand Shop, Scribbulus Writing Implements, Quality Quidditch Supplies, Florean Fortescue’s Ice Cream Parlor, Flourish & Blotts bookseller, Weasleys’ Wizard Wheezes, and the Daily Prophet entrance.
10. LEGO Creator Expert 10284 Camp Nou – FC Barcelona – 5,509 pieces
The tenth largest LEGO set is LEGO Creator Expert 10284 Camp Nou – FC Barcelona with 5,509 pieces. This big and detailed set includes the stadium’s full pitch, stands, players tunnel, and the team coach. Decorate the stadium with stickers and flags, and go through the VIP entrance.
11. LEGO Star Wars 10179 Ultimate Collector’s Millennium Falcon – 5,197 pieces
The eleventh largest LEGO set is LEGO Star Wars 10179 Ultimate Collector’s Millennium Falcon at 5,197 pieces. This is the first UCS edition of this set released in 2007. That makes two Millennium Falcon’s in the top 10! When this set came out it was the biggest set ever made. Now, the largest LEGO set is over double the number of pieces of this set! 12. LEGO NINJAGO 70620 NINJAGO City – 4,867 pieces
Coming in at the twelfth largest set is LEGO NINJAGO 70620 NINJAGO City with 4,867 pieces. This set features three different levels of ninja action and a total of 16 minifigures. It authentically captures the look and feel of the LEGO NINJAGO Movie.
13. LEGO Star Wars 75252 UCS Imperial Star Destroyer – 4,784 pieces
The LEGO Star Wars 75252 UCS Imperial Star Destroyer with 4,784 pieces is the thirteenth largest LEGO set. This makes four Ultimate Collector Series (UCS) Star Wars Sets on our list! This giant model is the Devastator from Star Wars: A New Hope. A buildable scale model of the Tantive IV is also included.
14. LEGO Ghostbusters 75827 Firehouse Headquarters – 4,634 pieces
Completing our list at the fourteenth largest is LEGO Ghostbusters 75827 Firehouse Headquarters that has 4,634 pieces. Fans of the 1984 Ghostbusters movie will love this three story model, 9 minifigures, and ghosts! Pair this with LEGO 10274 Ghostbusters ECTO-1 vehicle to make it a part of the best LEGO Halloween sets.
It is fascinating to see how the brick count and size of the biggest LEGO sets have increased over the years. I wonder how long the number one position will last! It will be hard to top over 11,000 pieces, but we will have to wait and see what The LEGO Group has planned next?
